Economist BSc, MSc, PhD, environmental engineer BSc, innovation manager. In the recent years he has been concerned with cluster management, energetics, teaching, researching and with project/tender drafting. The number of projects, in which he has been concerned as a consultant, is over a dozen, several publications and conference presentations have been held based on his work. MTMT identification number: 10021546. The most important subjects of his teaching portfolio: Fundamentals of business & economics; Fundamentals of management; Strategic and business planning; Small business management; Corporate finance. He researches some of the most important factors that are responsible for the competitiveness of the small to medium-sized enterprises both theoretically and empirically: performance of firm-level competencies, financial performance, competence configurations, business models, and the connections of these areas. At present he is an assistant professor of Department of Management Science (University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics); researcher of the Small Business Research Group and the Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Centre; secretary of the Regional Committee on Earth and Environmental Sciences and Renewable Energy of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Pécs; president of Janus Pannonius College for Advanced Studies in Economics of University of Pécs
