Norbert Szabó

Norbert Szabó is a PhD Candidate at the University of Pécs, Hungary (under the supervision of Prof. Attila Varga). His dissertation main topic is regional CGE modeling. Since 2014 Norbert has been working as research assistant in the MTA-PTE Innovation and Economic Growth Research Group at the University of Pécs. His main tasks are assistance in collecting data, statistical calculations and econometric estimations, active participation in building the new CGE block of the GMR-Hungary model. Since 2016 he has been also assistant lecturer at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics. He teaches a number of courses mainly dealing with regional, international economics and general equilibrium modelling.
